Do not make medical decisions based on watch measurements alone. Share results with a qualified healthcare professional who is familiar with your health history and follow their advice.

General Safety

• Do not wear the product during medical procedures (e.g., MRI) or near strong magnetic/high-frequency equipment.
• Keep the device away from strong magnetic objects to avoid malfunction.
• Do not wear or use the watch while charging. Avoid hot water/steam and do not charge when wet.
• Stop use and consult a professional if you experience skin irritation or discomfort.

Measurement Guidance & Limitations

• Results can be affected by motion, temperature, improper fit, tattoos, or poor skin contact.
• Peripheral circulation issues (e.g., diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension) may impact accuracy.
• Blood circulation disorders or blood diseases can lead to errors in measurements.
• In the presence of arrhythmias (e.g., premature atrial/ventricular beats, atrial fibrillation), results may be inaccurate or inconclusive.

Populations & Supervision

• Do not use with newborns, infants under 10 kg, or individuals unable to express themselves.
• Use only under professional supervision for people who:
  • Have limb tremors or cannot bend the arm independently,
  • Have wounds or inflammation on the arm/wrist,
  • Are undergoing infusion, transfusion, or have a catheter inserted,
  • Are currently wearing or using other medical devices.

ECG Feature (if included on your model)

The ECG function is intended for wellness/educational use and does not support asystole identification or ST-segment detection. Results may be inaccurate or inconclusive in the presence of arrhythmias.

Emergency & Fall Detection

SmartPulse does not provide automatic fall detection. Emergency calling is available when the watch is connected via Bluetooth to a compatible smartphone and within range.
